Accessibility

Built for everyone who needs it.

The organizations we work with serve people of every ability. This site should work for all of them, and for you.

Our aim

We aim for moraph.org to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That means you should be able to use it with a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, magnification or your own colours and text size, on a phone or a computer.

How we test

  • Every page, on every change. Before anything is published, an automated suite loads every page of this site in Chrome at a desktop and a phone width and runs axe-core against the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA rules. Any serious or critical problem stops the release.
  • Keyboard only. The same suite presses Tab through every page and checks that the first stop is the “Skip to content” link, that every link, button and form field can be reached, and that each one shows a clear focus outline.
  • Lighthouse. Key pages are measured with Google Lighthouse at phone settings, aiming for full marks for accessibility, best practices and search, and a fast load on a slow connection.
  • Built in, not bolted on. Pages use real headings, labels on every form field, text alternatives for meaningful images, colour contrast that meets AA, and motion that stops when your device asks for reduced motion. The site works without JavaScript, including the application form.

What our last review found

Our last review was on 18 October 2026. The automated checks found these problems, and we fixed them:

  • Breadcrumb links were distinguished from the text around them by colour alone. They are now underlined.
  • The Moraph for Good logo link had a spoken name that did not match its visible words, which trips up voice control. Its name now starts with the words you can see.
  • Small labels on one of the cause cards on the home page fell below the contrast minimum. They now meet it.
  • Two index pages jumped from the main heading straight to third-level headings. Screen reader users now get a complete heading outline.
  • Text shifted as web fonts loaded on long pages. All four fonts now load early, so pages no longer jump.

After the fixes, every page passed the automated and keyboard checks with no problems reported.

Known limitations

Automated tests find only some problems

Automated checks catch a share of accessibility problems, not all of them. We have not yet had the site reviewed by disabled people using assistive technology, or by an independent auditor. Until then we cannot claim full conformance.

Spam protection on forms

Forms on this site may use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out automated spam. It usually completes without any action, but it is provided by Cloudflare and we cannot change how it works. If it stops you sending a form, email us instead.

Pages on other Moraph sites

Links to www.moraph.com, the Trust Center and Moraph careers lead to sites Moraph runs separately. Their accessibility is covered by the Moraph accessibility statement.

Tell us about a problem

If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please email hello@moraph.org. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and what you use to browse if you are comfortable sharing it. A person reads every message.

If the application form does not work for you, email us instead and we will find another way for you to apply.

Moraph for Good is a program of Moraph LLC. This statement covers moraph.org and was last reviewed on 18 October 2026.
