Program 04 · Pathways
Routes into regulated technology.
Security operations, compliance engineering and service management are good careers that hardly anyone hears about at school. Pathways is how Moraph opens the door.
What you get
A way in for people who are rarely shown one.
Teaching the craft of regulated technology to people who would rarely be shown it, with workforce organizations and community colleges in the cities where Moraph works.
Built with local partners
We are designing Pathways with workforce nonprofits, community colleges and reentry and veterans’ organizations near Moraph offices. If you run one, we would like to hear from you.
Taught by practitioners
Sessions led by the people who staff our network and security operations centers, service desks and compliance teams, about the work as it really is.
Mentoring
Moraph volunteers mentoring learners through a course and their first applications.
A real next step
Learners are pointed to Moraph’s internships and open roles, which go through the same fair process as every other application.
A good fit
- Workforce development nonprofits and community colleges
- Reentry, veterans’ and refugee resettlement organizations running training
- Organizations within reach of a Moraph office
Not part of this program
- Guaranteed jobs or placement. Hiring decisions stay with Moraph’s normal hiring process
Apply for Pathways.
One short form. A person from the Moraph for Good team reads every application and replies, whether or not we can help.
