Our approach
Help that holds up to scrutiny.
Moraph works for regulated institutions, where every claim has to be backed by evidence. We hold Moraph for Good to the same standard.
Our promises
Six rules we hold ourselves to.
They apply to every program and every organization we work with.
Not a sales channel
Applications are reviewed by the Moraph for Good team. We do not add applicants to marketing lists, and we will not move you to a paid contract unless you ask.
The same standard
Software, security and people offered here are held to the standard Moraph applies for paying clients. There is no lesser edition.
Scoped in writing
Every engagement has a written scope, a named lead and an end date before anyone starts, so you always know what you are getting and when.
Ending well
We hand over documentation, credentials and training, and your data leaves with you in a usable format. We never leave a dependency behind.
Your story is yours
We will not name you, quote you or use your logo without your written permission, and you can say no without it affecting your support.
Honest reporting
Once there is a year of work to report, we will publish what we did, what it cost us and what did not work, with real figures only.
How it is run
Plainly stated.
- What it is
- Moraph for Good is a program of Moraph LLC, the company behind moraph.com. It is how Moraph gives its software, security expertise and people’s time to organizations that serve the public.
- What it is not
- It is not a registered charity or a foundation, and it does not accept donations. Nothing given to or through it is tax-deductible.
- Who does the work
- Moraph employees, during working time, alongside teams that serve Moraph’s paying clients. Each engagement has a named Moraph lead.
- Who decides
- The Moraph for Good team reviews applications against the published eligibility criteria and how well a program fits the need. Sales teams do not decide who receives support.
- Your data
- Information you send us is handled by Moraph LLC under the Moraph privacy policy. Systems we set up for you are configured so that you own and control them.
- Reporting
- Once there is a year of work to report, we will publish an account of what we did and what we learned, with real figures and the names of organizations that have agreed to be named.

What we believe
Expertise is the thing worth giving.
Corporate giving usually means money, and money matters. But the organizations we are here for often have something harder to buy than cash: the people who know how to configure an examinable system, harden a network, or move twenty years of records without losing one.
That is what Moraph has. Its people spend their working lives making sure regulated systems do not fail. Moraph for Good is a decision to spend some of that working life on the organizations that can least afford a failure.
We would rather do fewer things well than many things for the photograph. If we cannot do something properly, we will tell you, and point you to someone who can.
Tell us what would help.
One short form. A person from the Moraph for Good team reads every application and replies, whether or not we can help.
