Program 03 · Pro Bono

Moraph people on your hardest project.

Every organization has the project that never gets finished because nobody has the right skills or a free month. Pro Bono matches it with Moraph people who do this work every day.

What you get

A finished project, not a favor.

Engineers, data specialists, compliance and privacy professionals and project managers from Moraph, on a project with a written scope, a named lead, an end date and a handover.

Projects we take on

Moving off a failing database or spreadsheet; building the report a funder or regulator requires; an accessibility review of your website or forms; a privacy review against the law that applies to you; choosing and configuring a system you have already bought.

A scope before anyone starts

We agree in writing what will be delivered, by whom, when it ends and what you will own afterwards. Projects that cannot be scoped are not started.

A named lead

One Moraph person is accountable for the project from start to finish, and you always know who to call.

A handover, not a dependency

Documentation, training and the credentials for everything we set up, so nothing stops working when we leave.

A good fit

  • A defined problem, even if you are not sure of the solution
  • A staff member who can give the project time each week
  • Willingness to own what is built

Not part of this program

  • Ongoing staffing or open-ended support
  • Work for organizations whose mission is political campaigning
