Want sessions where you live? Ask a place near you to host.

Organizations apply to host Fluent, Reach and Voice, not individuals. If you would like sessions near you, give your library, school or community center this note: what the sessions are, in Moraph for Good’s published words, and how to apply.

Without JavaScript, the note below covers all three programs, with blanks for the names. Print it with your browser’s Print command, fill in the blanks and hand it in.

Free, no sign-up. Nothing you type leaves your browser. Nothing is sent: you print the note, or copy it into your own email. Your name is never saved; the rest is kept in this browser until you use Clear.

With this on, the tool works as usual but forgets what you enter when you close or reload the page. Only this choice is remembered on this device, for every Moraph for Good tool that has this switch. Using a shared computer safely

Would you host free sessions on money, healthcare and local government?

I would like you to consider hosting free Fluent, Reach and Voice sessions from Moraph for Good, for people in our community.

Fluent, Reach and Voice are free sessions on money, healthcare and local government, hosted by the organizations people already go to.

  • Fluent covers budgeting, banking, credit, borrowing, tax time and scams.
  • Reach covers coverage, finding low-cost care, medical bills, health records, patient portals and medicine costs.
  • Voice is strictly nonpartisan and covers how local government works, public meetings and comment, records requests, budgets and serving your community.

Each module is a session of about an hour, prepared for the country it is taught in. Moraph for Good suggests three to six modules as a series. Moraph people and vetted volunteers teach the sessions with you, in person or online, or train your staff to teach them. Hosting is free, and so is attending.

Moraph for Good’s promises, from moraph.org/approach:

  • Nothing to sell. Nothing we teach or give promotes Moraph, a Moraph client or any product. We do not add anyone to marketing lists, and we never collect attendees’ details for sales.
  • Strictly nonpartisan. We take no side on parties, candidates, ballot questions or campaigns, in Voice or anywhere else.
  • Explain, never advise. Sessions explain how money, healthcare and government work. They are not financial, medical or legal advice about anyone’s own situation.
  • Planned in writing. Every series and every project has a written plan, a named Moraph lead and an end date before anyone starts.

Organizations apply at moraph.org/apply. A person from the Moraph for Good team reads your application. Being eligible does not guarantee support: Moraph’s people’s time is limited. Whether to apply is your decision.

More for you and your manager:

Thank you for considering it.

From:

I made this note with a template on moraph.org. Moraph for Good did not send it. Moraph for Good is a program of Moraph LLC, the company behind moraph.com.

Prints on one page, A4 or US Letter. The email button opens your own email program with the note filled in and no address: you choose who it goes to.

What the note does

It asks. They decide.

The note does not book anything, and Moraph for Good does not contact the organization for you. Whether to apply is up to the organization, and an application does not mean sessions will follow. Being eligible does not guarantee support: Moraph’s people’s time is limited.

moraph.org does not list sessions by place. Moraph for Good takes applications from organizations in the ten countries where Moraph has an office. See what’s available in your country.

Meanwhile, everything in Commons is free to read and use, with no application, including the session kits. Running the organization? The hosting guide, the one-page brief and the application are for you.
