Free help with money in Mexico

This page lists official places to get help with budgeting, banking, credit reports, borrowing, tax, federal programs, scams and complaints in Mexico. Every service here is run by the federal government, Banco de México, or a public agency that protects financial users, consumers or taxpayers; the websites are in Spanish, so each official name is given in Spanish with a short description in English, and we only call something free where the official page says so.
