Free help with healthcare in Mexico

This page lists official places to get help with health coverage, finding care, health questions, complaints, your medical records and medicines in Mexico. Every service here is run by the federal government or a federal public health or social security institution. Their pages are in Spanish, so each name is given as it appears there, with a short English gloss. We only call something free where the official page says so. None of it is medical advice, and we don’t recommend any insurer or plan.
