Hosting a session series.

For libraries, clinics and community organizations planning a series of free Fluent, Reach or Voice sessions. The pages on moraph.org that cover it, in 6 steps.

  1. Step 1Hosting a session series, step by step

Hosting is free, and so is attending. Each session lasts about an hour.

  2. Step 2Plan a series for the people you serve

You get a one-page plan to print, share with colleagues, or send with your application to host.

  3. Step 3Hosting Fluent, Reach or Voice: one page for your manager or board

What it is, what it costs, who does what, how people are kept safe and what happens next, in the words moraph.org already uses.

  4. Step 4Tell us who you serve and what they need to know

A person from the Moraph for Good team reads your application.

  5. Step 5Announce a session, in plain words

Say when, where and how to sign up, and get a printable poster, a calendar listing and a short post.

  6. Step 6Series record: count who came, without names

Note the date, the session and how many people came, plus any counts you need for your own reports.

Each step opens a page that is already on moraph.org. You can start at any step and skip the ones that don’t apply. Every page in the list says which step it is, with links to the step before and after.
