Session kits and handouts

There is no take-home handout for Mexico yet. The run sheets, slides and worksheets in all eighteen session kits don’t depend on the country, so they can be used anywhere; the handout that lists Mexico’s official services has not been written.

Our changes log says: Mexico, Argentina and Armenia will follow with translated kits.

Free official help

There is no free-help page listing official national services for Mexico yet. Free help by country covers the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India and the Philippines.

Languages

Every page is available in English. 13 are also in Spanish and French, the same pages in both languages, whichever country you are in.

In Spanish (13 pages)

In French (13 pages)

The session kits, handouts and free-help pages are in English only. Sessions are taught in the language the host asks for (volunteering questions). Say which language you need when you apply.

If you are attacked online

If your organization is under attack online, report it to Guardia Nacional (CERT-MX) www.gob.mx/gncertmx, the national body that takes cyber incident reports in Mexico. Then follow the first-hour checklist.

Access software

None of the 22 applications in the Access catalogue lists a hosting region in Mexico. Four say they are designed for US requirements:

  • Digital Member Onboarding (KYC/CIP): It is designed for US CIP and due-diligence requirements. Onboarding in other countries may need different documents, checks and disclosures.
  • AML & SAR Automation Hub: It is designed for US Bank Secrecy Act requirements and FinCEN reporting. Suspicious-activity reporting in other countries is not included.
  • Automated Call Report Filer: It is designed for US reporting requirements; prudential reporting in other countries is not included.
  • Construction Loan Draw Management: It is designed for US construction lending practice. Lending in other countries may need different conditions and documents.

Each catalogue entry says where it runs and what it does not do.
